RESOLUTION NO. 73R-34
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATINOALL PROCEED-
INGS IN CONNECTION WITH V~ANCE NO. 2076
AND DECLARING RESOLUTiON NO. 69R-345 NULL
AND VOIb. -
WHEREAS, the City Planning :C~ssion on
May 5, 1969, granted Variance No. 2076 by Resolution
No. PC69-96; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on June 17, 1969,
approved Variance No. 2076 in Resolution No. 69R-345;
and
WHEREAS, the C.1 ty Planning COIlUIlission, pur-
suant to Resolution No. PC73-3, re~a.ed t:exm:f.na'tion
of Variance No. 2076 on the basis tha,t.':developaent of
the property will now be in accordance with Conditional
Use Permit No. 1366; aDd
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs in the ~
action taken by the Planning Conunission in terainating'
Variance No. 2076 on the basis of the finding'S made by
the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 2076
be terminated and all proceedings and Resolution No.
69R-345 be null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed
by me this 30th day of January, 1973.
