WHEREAS, the City Council, approved Variance
No. 2212 on November 10, 1910, by Resolution No. 7o-R...536;
and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, pursuant
to Resolution No. PC73-4, .recoJlllended te~~ation ot Var-
ianceNo. 2212 on the balli. that de'velopQent.- ofthepropr.-
erty will' now be in accordance with.Con4itional Use P~t
No. 1366; and _.
WHEREAS, the City Council ooncurs,in 't.h.e .ACtion
taken by the Planning Commission ~n terainatin9 Val:~_~ce
No. 2212 on the basis of the findings made by the Planning
Commission.
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 2212 be_
terminated and all proceedings and Resolution No. 70R,-536
be null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved aD4 signed
