A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE T~RMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH KENNEtt'H G. OSBORNE &
ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING: THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anahefm is in need of geological
engineering services in connection wlth the construction of a
220 kV substation at City's existing Lewis Street Substation;
and
WHEREAS, Kenneth G. Osborne & Associates is qualified
to render such geological engineering services and desires to
be employed for such purpose pursuant to this agreement; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement employing Kenneth G. Osborne & Associates to perform
geological services in connection with the construction of a
220 kV substation at City's existing Lewis Street Substation
be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anahe~.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and Signed by. me
this 23rd day of January, 1973.
