90-251 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-251
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 2S70 AS GRANTED
BY RESOLUTION NO. 74R-80
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim heretofore received an
application for a zone variance ("Variance No. 2570") from
David R. Doering, owner, relating to the proposed commercial
parking lot; and
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore approved said
Variance No. 2570 by Resolution No. 74R-80 subject to certain
conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the applicant and City staff have determined
that said Variance application is not necessary; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has filed a written request with
the City Council that all proceedings in connection with Variance
No. 2570 be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with Variance
No. 2570 be, and the same are hereby, terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of July, 1990.
