RESOLUTION NO. 73R-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COVNCIL OF T.HE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL ~ROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO~ 2139 AND DECLAR-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 70R-167 ~LL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Planning ~ommission granted Variance
No. 2139 permitting the storage of trailers, campers, and boats
on the 26th day of November, 1969; ana
WHEREAS, the City Council on the 7th day of April,
1970, granted Variance No. 2139 subjept to conditions by
Resolution No. 70R-167; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner has never exercised the
rights granted by said Variance; and
WHEREAS, the property subject to this Variance has
been developed pursuant to Conditional Use Permit No. 1175; and
WHEREAS, the Council does find and determine that the
plans approved under Variance No. 21317 are no longer applicable,
and that Variance No. 2137 should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Variance No. 2137 be ter.m!n~tedf and
that Resolution.No. 70R-167 be, and the same is he~eby declared
to be null and void from and of this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
