A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF .ANAHEL.'I PERL'1ITTTI\JG CYP~SS COLLEGE GOLF
TEl~~ TO ENGAGE IN PRACTICE GOLF ~mTCH PLAY AT
ANN1EIM HILLS GOLF COURSE.
\{HEREAS, Cypress College has requested permission to
utilize the fu~aheim Hills Golf Cour~e for its golf team practice
and "home" golf match play; and .
'W'lliEl:::.El1.S, the Ci'l:y Council is desirous of cooperating with
the athletic department of Cypress qollege to assist in the
physical education program at Cypress College; and
\~REAS, the City Council does find it is in the best
interest of the City of Anaheim that Cypress College golf team
should be permitted to play at the Anaheim Hills Golf Course on
certain days and at certain times.
NOW: Trll~HEFOP~f BE IT RESqLVED by the City Council of
the City of A."1aheim tha'l: Cypress College be, and it is hereby
penJitt8d to use the facilities of Anaheim Hills Gole Course on
Mondays through Fridays from January, 1973, through M~y 31, 1973
for its college golf team practice and "home" golf matches.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, for the purpose of the
permission granted herein, the Cypress College Golf Team shall
be limited in size as may be agreed upon between the College and
the City, and that the use of the Anaheim Hills Golf Co~rse for
both practice and match play shall only be in accordance with
schedules as may be agreed u~)on between the College and the City.
BE I'l' FURTa~::;R RESOLVED that the consideration for such
permission is determined to be the sum of $600.00, not including
the rental cost of golf carts.
Al'JD BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Ci'cy Council that
this Resolution shall automatically terminate on the 30th day of
May, 1973, without further action by the City Council.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
