A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CQUNCIL OF TIill CITY
OF AN&iEIM DECLARING ITS ~TENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN REll"L PROPERTY Al'JD FIXING A DATE FOR
HEARING THEREON.
WdEREAS r the City Council Qf the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed under the provisi~ns of 'the Public Service
Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5 of the
Government Code f in connection \.7i tll a request for vacation and
abandomnent of a public utility easement-located at the east
side of State College Boulevard, nortjh of Hagner Avenue, in the
City of L~ahei]ni and more particularLy hereinafter described.

the City of Anahein that it herebu declares its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to pUblic ~se said public utility ease-
ment located at the east side of state College Boulevard, north
of Wagner Avenue, and more particularly described as follows, to

and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Public
Service EaSeiTlent Vacation Law, Tit,le 5 f Division 1, Article 5
of the Government Code.
BE I'i' FUR'rH:GR RESOLVED that a time and place for hear-
ing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed
vacation and abandonment has been fixed on the 30th day of
January , 1973, at 1:30 o'clock P.M.' in the Council
Chamber in the ffty Hall in the City of Anaheim.

NlD BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the
AnaheiIu Bulletin,_ a ne\'ls;Japer of general circulCl.tion, printed,
