90-250 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-250
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 5721 AND
DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 87R=499 NULL
AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim granted
Variance No. 5721 on December 8, 1987, by Resolution No. 87R-499;
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Variance No. 5721 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. 87R-499 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this lOth day of July, 1990.
