A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THREE AGREEMENTS FOR THE
CANCELLATION OF AN AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE WITH
JAMES S. GREGG, AN INDIVIDUAL, JOHN S. AND
GLORIA FLUER, RAYMOND G. SIMPSON AND SUSAN
GUILLES (DOUGLAS-SUI11KIST AGRICULTURAL PRE-
SERVE) AND AUTHORIZING THE 14AYOR AND CI`?'Y
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENTS.
WHEREAS, James S. Gregg, an individual, John S. and
Gloria Fluor, Raymond G. Simpson and Susan Guilles, Trustees
under Declaration of Trust, have entered into Agricultural Pre-
serve Agreements pursuant to Section 51200 of the Government
Code of the State of California; and
t^WHEREAS, the aforementioned parties desire to remove
their properties from such Agricultural Preserve and to cancel
their contractural agreements; and
WHEREAS, Government Code, Section 51200 et sea., re-
quires the consent of the City Council of the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has this day been held pur-
suant to Section 51288 of the Governri,ent Code to consider the
cancellation of said Agricultural Preserve Agreements; and
WHEREAS, notice has been duly conveyed to all parties
as required by the Government Code of the State of California;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council does determine that it is
in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to consent and agree
to the cancellation of the Agricultural Preserve Agreements of"'

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby consent to the cancella-
tion of the Agricultural Preserve Agreements of James S. Gregg,
an individual, John S. and Gloria Fluor, Raymond G. Simpson and
Susan Guilles, Trustees under Declaration of Trust.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Kayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute the agreements
for cancellation of Agricultural Preserve Contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the execution of said con-
tractural cancellation is conditioned upon the payment of any
:and all taxes which shall be due as a result of the cancellation
of the Agricultural Preserve Agreements.
