A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
49 OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF Aid AGREE14EENT TO SELL CERTAIN CITY -O IrNE D
PROPERTY A14D AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE-
MENT KND A DEED ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEII4 .

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain
real property; and
WHEREAS, said property is not needed for any present
or prospective use by the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, an offer to purchase said property has been
received; and
WHEREAS, an agreement to sell said property has been
prepared; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a
deed to said property on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by me this 5th
day of October , 1976.
