A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.76R-307 AND ESTAB-
LISHING NEW CLASSIFICATIONS AND RATES OF PAY.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff report
dated Spetember 21, 1976 that certain new classifications be created, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 76R-307 which
establishes rates of pay for Clerical Unit job classes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the creation of these classifications is in the best interest of the City
of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following new classifications and rates of pay be created
effective October 1, 1976:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 76R-307 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
