A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH ANTHONY AND LANGFORD FOR
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
ANAhEIM.
I WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of certain site
plans in connection with the construction of a fire training faci-
lity; and
WHEREAS, Anthony and Langford/Architects are able to
provide said site plans; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Anthony
and Langford/Architects will provide such site plans to the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor =6 City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
