RESOLUTION NO. 76R-611
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH R J M ASSOCIATES, INCOR-
PORATED, FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES AND AUTHOR-
IZING AND DIRECTING THE iQAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEI4.
WI-fEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to obtain archi-
tectural design services in connection with the rehabilitation
of the City of Anaheim's police pistol range; and
WHEREAS, R J Iii Associates, Incorporated, is qualified
and able to provide such services to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, R J PSS Associates has submitted a proposal to
render said architectural services dated July 28, 1976, and signed
by Frank A. Preuss, Vice President; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby R J iii
Associates, Incorporated, will provide such services, the terms
and conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by me this 5th
of October, 1976.
