1976-601• 0 RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 769_1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT AND FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING THEREON. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has elected to proceed under the Public Service easements Vacation Law (Government Code - Section 50430 et seq.) in regard to the vacation of a certain public service easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby declare its in- tention to vacate that certain easement for slope purposes located adjacent to the west side of Fairmont Boulevard, south of the Santa Ana Canyon Road and further described as follows: That certain easement located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange., State of California, for excavation, grading and construction of a slope area described as Parcel Two in the deed recorded October 3, 1975 in Book 11530, pages 428 and 429, Official Records, lying within that portion of the land described in a deed recorded in Book 1932, pages 376 and 377, Official Records, to be abandoned, described as follows: Beginning in a point in the northwest line of the land described in said deed, said point also being the inter- section of said northwest line with the westerly right of way line of Fairmont Boulevard 92.00 feet wide, as described in a deed recorded in Book 11530, pages 428 and 429, Official Records; thence Southwesterly along said northwest line 45.00 feet to a point in said north- west line; thence leaving said northwest line, south- easterly along a straight line to a point in the south- east line of said land described in said deed recorded in Book 1932, pages 376 and 377, Official Records, said point being distant 107.00 feet southwesterly measured along said southeast line, from said westerly right of way line of said Fairmont Boulevard; thence Northwester- ly along said westerly right of way line of said Fair- mont Boulevard to the point of beginning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 26th day of October, 1976 at 2:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, be the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said vacation and abandonment.
