RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 599
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON A CERTAIN PUBLIC STREET AND FIX-
ING A DATE FOR A HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does hereby elect to proceed under the provisions of the
Street Vacation Act of 1941 (Section 8300 et seq., Streets
and Highway Code) in connection with requests for vacation
and abandonment of public streets located within the City
of Anaheim.
NOW THEREFORE) BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council_
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its�intenti.on to
vacate and abandon a portion of Claudina Street, south of
Lincoln Avenue between Anaheim Boulevard and Philadelphia
Street, in the City of Anaheim,as further shown on a map on
file in the Office of the City Clerk, reserving and except-
ing the following interests:
Reserving unto the City of Anaheim, Pacific
Telephone Company and Southern Counties Gas
Company a public utility easement to accom-
modate existing facilities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 26th day of October,
1976, at 2:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall, 204 ;.past Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, be the time and place
for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said
vacation and abandonment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a. -n- ewspaper of
general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City of Anaheim.
