RESOLUTION NO. 76R-595

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-324 AND
CREATING A NEW MANAGEMENT CLASSIFICATION AND
RATE OF PAY.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated September 23, 1976 that the classification of Executive
Director -Redevelopment be created, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 76R-324
which establishes rates of compensation for management classes, .and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that creation of this class is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the following classification be created effec-
tive October 1, 1976

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 76R-324 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this
