A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIRA APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACHMENT PEMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE.
MAYOR AND CIS"Y CLERK TO EXECUTE ,SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PERMIT WITH ITIRS . A 4NA P. KRR.OGJEN.

WHEREAS, lrs. Anna P. Krogen, a widow, hereinafter
referred to as Licensee, is the owner of property in the City of
Anaheim over which the City owns a public utility easement; and
TTHIEREAS, Licensee wishes to encroach upon a portion of
said easement for the purpose of permitting a portion of an exist-
ing residence together with a porch overhang to encroach into an
existing dedicated alley; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach upon
the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship will be
caused to her; and
WHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such installation
across a portion of the easement of City will not interfere with
the present use of the easement by the City.
iiOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions o= a license
agreement between the City of Anaheim and =-Trs. Anna P. Krogen be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER QZLSOLVSD that -the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said license agree-
n.ent for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
