WATER FACILITIES, MID AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR

WHEREAS, Sundial -PCB Company has applied to the City
for water facilities to serve Tracts 9134, 9135 and 9136; and
WHEREAS, the City is unable to furnish water to said
Tracts in the absence of special faci L__L

to Rule No. 15 of the Water Rules of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, Sundial -PCB Company is willing to pay the City
its share of prior advances pursuant to said Rule No. 15 and the
City is willing to attempt to collect from the ultimate users of
said special facilities, and/or persons within the Special Facili-
ties District No. 1, the fees necessary to reimburse Sundial -PCB
Company towards the cost of said special facilities; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to and in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BPE' IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a"n agreement
between the City of Anaheim and Sundial -PCD Company iii connection
with the reimbursement of costs for special water facilities be,
and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FORTERRESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk al:e
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
