CUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY 01' AINIAHEIil.
WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District has
proposed to improve a portion of Fullerton Creek Channel from
Lemon Street easterly to its confluence with Kimberly Storm Drain,
portions of which improvement lie within the City of Anaheim; ailcL

line within the construction area; and
WHEREAS, the Orange County Flood Control District has
requested relocation of said power line and has provided for the
grant of necessary easements for said relocation and, further,
has agreed to pay the actual costs of said relocation; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared providing for
said reimbursement, the terms of which are satisfactory to the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I''i P- SOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Ci-vClerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute L said agree-
ment on behalf of the City Council of the City, -Of Ana-heim.
