A PESOLU?'ION OF THE CITY COL' TCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANTAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT TO El'=ANGE CERTAIN PEAL PROP-
ERTY AND DIRECTING E �CUTION OF A DEED.
(Calvin L. and ifildred G. Kenny)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to convey certain
-real property to Calvin L. and Prildred G. Kenny in exchange for
certain real property now owned{ by the Kennys; and
WHEREAS, an aareerent, the terms and conditions of which
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim, has
been prepared to effectuate said e. -,change of properties; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to enter into said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said a.areement be, and_ the-,-;, are hereby, accepted and
a Droved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the 24avor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FUPTHER RESOLVED that the payor anCi City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a
deet? to convey said Citv_-o%,ned ?property to Calvin L. and ildred
G. Kenny.
