A RESOLUTIONV OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM' APPROVING CONFLICT OF INTEREST
CODES OF ALL CITY DEPARTMENTS AND CERTAIN
BOARDS AND COT2ZISSIONS OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Section
81000 et seq. - Government Code) was approved by the electors of
the State of California; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974,
the City Council of the City of Anaheim is required to establish
and designate the commissions, departments or agencies which are
required to adopt a conflict of interest code in the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 76R-469, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did require all commissions, de-
partments and agencies of the City to adopt conflict of interest
codes; and
WHEREAS, all City departments and certain boards and
commissions of the City of Anaheim have adopted said codes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at a public hearing on this
date has reviewed the adopted codes of all departments and cer-
tain boards and commissions and finds they meet the requirements
of Section 87300 et seq. of the Government Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does hereby approve the conflict of
interest codes submitted by the following boards, commissions,
and departments of the City of Anaheim:
Planning Commission
Community Redevelopment Commission
Cultural Arts Commission
Parks and Recreation Commission
City manager's Department
City Clerk's Department
Legal Department
Police Department
Fire Department
Public Works Department
Library Department
Parks, Recreation and Arts Department
Stadium, Convention Center and Golf Department
Data Processing Department
Community Development Department
Personnel Department
Utilities Department
Finance Department
Planning Department
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall file
copies of the conflict of interest codes and this resolution in
her office for every department, board and commission approved
hereby.
