RESOLUTION NO. 76R-551
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-372 AND ADJUSTING CERTAIN
SALARY SCHEDULES
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim's contractual agreement with the
Orange County Manpower Commission requires that Public Service employment
participants shall be paid "...the prevailing rate of pay for persons
employed in similar public occupations by the same employer," and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Anaheim Union High School
District adopted a 3% increase for regular employees effective July 1,
1976, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adjusting the salary schedules for these AUHSD job classes is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the following job classes be adjusted to the respective
salary schedules effective July 1, 1976:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 76R-372 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sighed by me this
