RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 546
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE EMPLOY-
MENT OF DENNIS MALEK AS A TENNIS INSTRUCTOR.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the
services of a Tennis Instructor, having as his primary duty,
the direction of the Summer School Tennis Program at E1 Rancho
Junior High School for the Anaheim Parks, Recreation and the
Arts Department; and
WHEREAS, Dennis Malek is capable of rendering such
services and desires to be employed for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement,
submitted herewith and dated the 10th day of August, 1976,
employing Dennis Malek to perform the services of Tennis Instructor
be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE. IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement
for and on behalf'of the City of Anaheim,
THE FORECOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of September , 1976.
