A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI^1Y
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TEP24S AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT FOR GUARD SERVICES AT CITY
LIBRARY FACILITIES AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECT-
ING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
(Wells Fargo Guard Services)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of guard services
at City library facilities; and
WHEREAS, Wells Fargo Guard Services is able to provide
such services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared whereby Wells
Fargo Guard Services will provide such guard service at City library
facilities; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terns and condi-
tions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed by me this 14th le day
