RESOLUTION NO. 76R--536
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-324 AND
ADJUSTING THE RATE OF COMPENSATION OF THE CITY
CLERK
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
adjusting the rate of compensation of the City Clerk is in the best interests
of the City of Anaheim, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 76R-324 which
establishes rates of pay for Department Heads, Division Heads and Staff
positions designated as management,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that the rate of compensation of the City Clerk be adjusted as
follows effective September 4, 1976:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 76R-324 shall remain in full force and effect.
