A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A PIPELINE LICENSE
AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT THEREFOR. (72 -INCH
STORM WATER PIPELINE AT ESPERANZA)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has requested permission
from the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company to
construct a 72 -inch storm water pipeline across right of way
and tracks of railroad at Esperanza; and
WHEREAS, The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company has submitted to the City of Anaheim its "Pipe Line
License" which has been reviewed and has been found to be
satisfactory and in the best interest of the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, the compensation sought for said Pipe Line
License in the amount of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.)
is fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain Pipe Line License Agreement submitted
by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director be,
and he is hereby authorized and directed to draw a warrant in
favor of The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Raii-4ay Company in
the amount of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150,) and that the
same be forwarded to the Office of the City Attorney for trans-
mittal to The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company.
