RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM~ CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE INVITATION
OF PROPOSALS FOR THE PURCHASE OF $9,000~000
WATER REVENUE BONDS, 1990 SERIES, OF SAID
CITY; APPROVING THE FORM OF THE OFFICIAL BID
FORM~ THE NOTICE INVITING BIDS, THE NOTICE OF
INTENTION TO SELL BONDS AND THE PRELIMINARY
OFFICIAL STATEMENT~ AND AUTHORIZING THE
PUBLICATION OF THE NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL
BONDS AND THE NOTICE INVITING BIDS
WHEREAS, this City Council deems it necessary and proper
that proposals be invited for the purchase of $9,000,000 principal
amount of Water Revenue Bonds, 1990 Series (the "Bonds") of the
City of Anaheim, california (the "City"), and that the Bonds be
sold in the manner below;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Anaheim,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: ~
SECTION 1. Sealed proposals for the purchase of the
Bonds shall be received by the city Clerk of the city at the time
and place provided for in the Notice Inviting Bids as hereinafter
approved.
SECTION Z. The form, terms and provisions of the
official Bid Form, in substantially the form submitted to this
meeting, are hereby approved and adopted as part of this
Resolution. The Public Utilities General Manager or the acting
Public Utilities General Manager (the "Public Utilities General
Manager") is hereby authorized and directed to cause such Official
Bid Form to be printed with such changes, insertions and omissions
as the Public Utilities General Manager may approve, such approval
to be conclusively evidenced by the final printing of the official
Bid Form.
SECTION 3. The form, terms and provisions of the Notice
Inviting Bids, in substantially the form submitted to this meeting,
are hereby approved and adopted as part of this Resolution. The
city Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause such notice
to be published once, at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
earliest date for receiving proposals provided for therein, in The
Anaheim Bulletin, the official newspaper of the City, with such
changes, insertions and omissions as the City Clerk may approve,
such approval to be conclusively evidenced by such publication of
the Notice Inviting Bids.
SECTION 4. The form, terms and provisions of the Notice
of Intention to Sell Bonds, in substantially the form submitted to
this meeting, are hereby approved and adopted as part of this
Resolution. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
cause such notice to be published once, at least fifteen (15) days
prior to the earliest date for receiving proposals stated therein,
in the The Bond Buyer, a financial publication circulated
throughout California, with such changes, insertions and omissions
as the city Clerk may approve, such approval to be conclusively
evidenced by such publication of the Notice of Intention to Sell
Bonds.
SECTION 5. The form of the Preliminary Official
Statement, in substantially the form submitted to this meeting, is
hereby approved and adopted as part of this Resolution. The Public
Utilities General Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
cause such Preliminary Official Statement to be printed with such
changes, insertions and omissions as the Public Utilities General
Manager may approve, such approval to be conclusively evidenced by
the printing of the Preliminary Official Statement.
SECTION 6. The City Clerk and Public Utilities General
Manager are authorized and directed to cause to be furnished to
prospective bidders for the Bonds, upon their request, a reasonable
number of copies of the Notice Inviting Bids, the Official Bid;
Form, and the Preliminary Official Statement as hereinbefor~ °
approved.

The City of Anaheim, California (the. "City") intends to receive sealed bids
for the above referenced series of Water Revenue Bonds (the "Bonds") until
9:00 A.M., Anaheim time,
TUESDAY, JULY 31, 1990
in the Office of the City Clerk, Room 217, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard,
Anaheim, California 92805.
The Bonds will be dated July 1, 1990.
Copies of the complete Notice Inviting Bids and Official Bid Form,
together with copies of the Preliminary Official Statement issued in connection
with the sale of the Bonds and copies of the Resolution authorizing the issuance
of the Bonds may be obtained from the offices of the City's financial advisor,
