A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-372 AND
ADJUSTING CERTAIN SALARY SCHEDULES
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim's contractual agreement with the
Orange County Manpower Commission requres that Public Service employment
participants shall be paid "... the prevailing rate of pay for persons
employed in similar public occupations by the same employer," and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the North Orange County
Regional Occupational Program adopted a $ .28 per hour increase for
regular employees effective July 1, 1976, and
WHEREAS, there are job classes funded by the Public Service
Employment Program administered by the City of Anaheim outstationed at
the North Orange County Regional Occupational Program, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find
that adjusting the salary schedules for these ROP job classes is in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the following job classes be adjusted to the
respective salary schedules effective July 1, 1976:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 76R-372 shall remain in full force and effect.
