DEED IN FAVOR OF THE ORAN COUNTY WATER

WHEREAS, the Orange Coun~Y1 Water District has, hereto-
granted to the City of Anahe~ an easement deed covering the
of way for the City of Anahe~ to install a 12 KV circuit
the Santa Ana River, North of Tract No. 5409; and
WHEREAS, the Orange Count~ Water District desires a
non-exclusive easement for ingress ~d egress over and across the
southerly fifty feet of the City of ~aheimts subst~tion lQCated
on La Palma Avenue in the vicinity ~f Kellogg Drive; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to execute an easement deed 'granting such n~n~clu.ive
easement for ingress and egress.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REsqLVED thatt:he Mayot and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authdrized and directed t.o execute
an easement deed in favor of the Or~nge County Water District for
a non-exclusive easement for ingre~ and egress over and across
the southerly fifty feet of Lot 5, ~s shown on a map recorded in
Book 2, page 29, Record of Surveys, in the Office of the County
Recorder of Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED that said easement deed, upon
execution, be delivered to the Offiqe of the City Attorney for
transmittal to the Orange County watier District.
