A RESOLUTION OF THE CITYC~UNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND I DIRECTING CERTAIN
PAYMENTS IN CONNECTION WIT~ THE PURCHASE OF
THE ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH q~ANAHEIM.

WHEREAS, by said resolutio* certain specific payments
were authorized including delayed ~a~ents to the County Tax
Collector and the First American T1tle Company; and
WHEREAS, since the approva~ of said Resolution No.
73R-60 on February 13, 1973, it has ~een determined that the
Zion Lutheran Church will assume the obligation to the Tax
Collector and it has been determined,that the balance due to
First American Title Insurance Company is $5l3.BO; and
WHEREAS, the City council ~inds that it is in the
best interests of the City to make ~e necessary payments and
to adjust the amounts and payees the~eof to reflect that pre-
sent state of facts so that the matter may be closed.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city, Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Finance Director be ~d he is
hereby authorized and directed to paw out of the sum of
$1,676.67 withheld by him in accordance with ~~e directive of
Resolution No. 73R-60 the following amounts to the fo1loWin,
designated payees:

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the warrants be for-
warded to the office of the City Attorney for tra~smittal.
