RESOLUTION NO. 7i3R-145
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CoUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE~RMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT WI THE ATCHISON,
TOPEKA AND SANTA :FE RAIL COMPANY, DATED
FEBRUARY 12, 1973, AND AU ORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the City of Anahekm is acquiring an electric
distribution line from the southern-falifornia Edison Company; and
WHEREAS, said electric dis~ribution line crosses the
right'-of-way of the Atchison, TOpeka! and Santa Fe Railway
Company; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anahelim and Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company desire to e~ecute a new license agree-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOtLVED by the Ci~y Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and condit~ons of a license
agreement between the City of Anaheitn and the Atc1U.son, Topeka
and Santa Fe Railway Company, dated ~ebruary 12, 1973, pertain-
ing to the construction, maintenance and use of an electric
distribution line across Atchison, Tppeka and Santa Fe -RailWay's
Company's right-of-way at a location as shown on Railway's -
Drawing No. L-3-32364 be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement by and on behalf of the
Ci ty of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of April, 1973.
