RESOLUTION NO. 7!3R- 144
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CoUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE $RMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT W~T THE ATCHISON,
TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAIL COMPANY, DATED
FEBRUARY 13, 1973, AND AUT. ORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anahe~ is acquiring an electric
distribution line from the Southern ~alifornia Edison Company; and
WHEREAS, said electric dis~ribution line crosses the
right-of-way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company; and
WHEREAS, the City of AnaheJ,m and Atchison, To~eka and
Santa Fe Railway Company desire to ~cute a new license agree-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City, Go~cil of
the City of Anaheim that the terms aJi>.d conditions (if a l,"cense
agreement between the City of Anaheim and the Atchison, Topeka
and Santa Fe Railway Company, dated tebruary 13, 1973, pertain-
ing to the construction, maintenance and use of an electric
distrubition line across Atchison, T~peka and Santa Fe Railway
Company's right-of-way at a location as shown on Railway'S
Drawing No. L-3-32368 be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreeI$ent by and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is Signed and approved by me
