RESOLUTION NO. 7 ~R - 143
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TtRMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITj THE ATCHISON,
TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RA.ILWA COMPANY, DATED
FEBRUARY '13, 1973, AND AUT ORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AID AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the City of Anahetm is acquiring an electric
distribution line from the Southern ~alifornia Edison Company;
and
WHEREAS, said electric distribution line crosses the
right-of-way of the Atchison, Topekaiand Santa Fe Railway
Company; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anahe~m and Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company desire to ~ecute a new license agree-
men t .
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by ~e:City Counc1lof
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a 1:1eense
agreement between the City of Anaheim and tne Atchison, Tepeka
and Santa Fe Railway Company, dated Sebruary 13, 1973, pertain-
ing to the construction, maintenance and use of an elect:ri<::
distrubition line across Atchison, Tqpeka and Santa Fe ~ilway
Company's right-of-way at a location as shown on Railway's
Drawing No. L-3-32365 be, and they are hereby~ a~prOVed~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are authorized to execute said agreement by and on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me
this 10thday of April , 19 73 .
