WHEREAS, the State of cali~rnia has enacted the

Guidelines to establish the requirem~ts for the contents of

WHEREAS, the Development S4$:VicesDepartaent has pre-
pared such Guidelines, dated April l(), 1973, and they have been
approved by the City Attorney' sOffiqe and all otaer departments
of the City aff~ted thereby.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOL~D by the City Council of
