RESOLUTION NO. 73R-135 ,,-.,., A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ANAnEI~1 FINDING AND DE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIP ZONING SHOULD BE AMENDED ARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES SH OUNCIL OF THE CITY ERMINING THAT TITLE CODE RELATING TO D THAT THE BOUND- ULD BE CHANGED. WHEREAS, the City Plannin~ Commission of the City of Anaheim did hold a public hearin~ in Reclassification Pro- ceedings No. la~73-34 to consider Ian amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning, and to consider a change in the boundaries of the zqne or zones hereinafter mentioned and described, and at saidl hearing did receive evidence and reports from persons interested Itherein and from its staff ~ and WHEREAS, within a period o~ forty days fOllowing said hearing, the Planning Commission didl duly adopt a resolution containing a report of its findings,! a summary of the evidence presented at said hearing, and a recpmmendation that the proposed amendment be adopted by the City Coupcil and that a certain zone or zones be changed as hereinafter s~t forth; and WHEREAS, upon receipt of s~id resolution, summary of evidence, report of findings and rec~mmendation of the City Planning Commission the City Council I did fix the ~~ day of April , 1973 , and continued to t~e ----- day 0 ------__, 19 ---, as the time, and the City Co~nc11 Chambers in the City Harr-Qf the City of Anaheim as the p~ace for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Titl, 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and the exclusion of said prop,rty, hereinafter described, from the zone or zones in which it i$ now situated and the incor- poration thereof in the zone or zone$ hereinafter set forth, and did give notice thereof in the mannet and form provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Co~e~ and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing the City Council did hold an4 conduct such public hearing and did give all persons interested ~herein an opportunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and ~eports, and did thereupon consider the summary of evidence pre~ented at said public hearing before the Planning Commission, its ~eport of findings and recomrnendation~ and WHEREAS, the City Council 40es find and determine that the amendment to Title 18 of the Ana~eim Municipal Code should be adopted and that the property her~inafter described should be excluded from the zone or zones i~ which it is now situated and incorporated in the zone or zone$ as hereinafter set forth. .,..--...... That covenants, conditions and restrictions appli- cable to all R-l parcels acquired by I Anaheim Memorial Hospital shall be amended to the satisfaction!of the City AttOrney's Office and such amendment shall be recordedlin the office of the Orange County Recorder. 8. That a six-foot rnason~y wall shall be constructed in conformance with the requirements lof the C-O Zone, except as waived under this variance applicatiqn. 9. That trash storage ar~as shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on fi~e with the office of the Director of Public Works. ' 10. That fire hydrants sh~ll be installed an,d charged as required and determined to be neceissary by the Chief of the Pire Department prior to commencemen~ of structural framing. 11. That all air condition~ng facilities shall be properly shielded from view and the spund buffered from adjacent properties. _ 12.
