90-236 RESOLUTION NO. 9OR-236 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT WHEREAS, on December 15, 1987, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 87R510, approving a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit; and WHEREAS, the Labor Relations Director met and conferred with officials and employee representatives of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit to discuss specific concerns relative to amending the Salary Relationships Article and Appendix "A" of said Memoranda of Understanding; and WHEREAS, a Letter of Understanding dated June 28, 1990, between the parties has been prepared and signed amending the Salary Relationships Article and Appendix "A" of the current Memoranda of Understanding, said amendments to be effective June 28, 1990; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that it is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to approve said Letter of Understanding. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of~ the City of Anaheim that the Letter of Understanding dated June 28, 1990, between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, are hereby approved and said Memoranda of Understanding are hereby amended in accordance with the terms of said Letter of Understanding.
