A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF CERTAIN
ARGUMENTS FOR AND AGAINST THE CHARTER
AMENDMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED TO A VOTE OF THE
ELECTORS AT THE SPECIAL ELECTION CALLED FOR
NOVEMBER 2, 1976.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has heretofore called a Special Election to be held on
November 2, 1976, for the purpose of submitting various
Charter Amendments to the electors of the City of Anaheim;
and
WHEREAS, the Elections Code of the State of
California provides for the filing of written arguments, both
for and against these propositions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to designate
certain individuals to file arguments, either for or against
these propositions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the following individuals are
authorized to file arguments for or against Propositions 1
through 5 as set forth in Resolution No. 76R-506 as follows:
