RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 513
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
certain real property within the corporate limits of the City
of Anaheim for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, said property is located adjacent to Twila
Reid Park in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the
City of Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of City -owned
property for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion
of its City -owned property for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it dedicate, and it does. hereby
dedicate, as a road and public utility easement, the following
described land situated in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, more particularly described as
follows, to wit:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
over, under and across that portion of the North
half of the Southeast quarter of Section 4,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded in Book
51, page 11, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Tract No. 7241,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 275, pages 13 and
14, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County;
thence N 890 35' 40" E, 864.55 feet along the center-
line of Orange Avenue to an intersection with the east
line of the land described in the deed recorded
January 15, 1973 in Book 10515, pages 101 and 1022
Official Records; thence S 00° 16' 27" E, 1,349.59 feet
along said east line to an intersection with the north
line of Tract No. 3823, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 203, pages 21, 22 and 23, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County; thence S 890 36' 48" W,
330.96 feet to the northeast corner of Tract No. 2794,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 84, pages 37 and 38,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County;
thence N 00° 16' 52" W, 2.12 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave southeasterly and having a
radius of 60 feet; thence Northerly, Northeasterly and
Easterly along said curve through a central angle of
89° 53' 40" an are distance of 94.13 feet; thence N 890
36' 48" E, 221.12 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of
18.00 feet; thence Easterly, Northeasterly and Northerly
along said curve through a central angle of 890 53' 15"
an arc distance of 28.24 feet; thence N 00° 16' 27" W
a distance of 1,212.58 feet; thence N 56° 37' 32" W,
21.65 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with

and 45.00 feet southerly of the centerline of Orange
Avenue; thence S 890 35' 40" W, 769.54 feet along said
parallel line to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
southeasterly and having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence
Westerly, Southwesterly and Southerly along curve through
a central angle of 890 52' 41" an arc distance of 23.53
feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and
30.00 feet easterly of the east line of the aforementioned
Tract No. 7241; thence S 001 17' 01" E, 606.46 feet along
said parallel line to the beginning of a tangent curve
concave northwesterly and having a radius of 75.00 feet;
thence Southerly and Southwesterly along said curve through
a central angle of 53° 07' 54" an are distance of 69.55
feet to an intersection with the east line of said Tract
No. 7241, a radial line bearing S 37° 09' 07" E passes
through said point of intersection; thence N 00° 17' 01"
W, 726.37 feet along a portion of the east line of said
Tract No. 7241 to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified
copy of this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
