RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 511
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF, ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREE14ENT WITH THE
COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR THE PROVIDING OF PUBLIC
HEALTH SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR MID CITY CLERK TO EXE-
CUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has contracted with the
County of Orange to provide Public Health Services for the City;
and
WHEREAS, said contract is due to expire; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to review said Agreement with
the County of Orange; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement has been submitted, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Agreement this day submitted between
the City and the County of Orange to provide for Public Health
Services for the City be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute said Agreement for anti on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
