A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE LEASING OF A
PORTION OF A CERTAIN PARKING LOT OWNED BY
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TO THE AMERICAN COLLEGE
OF LAW.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows:
Parking lot #4, on Chestnut Street, bounded
by Anaheim Boulevard and Lemon Street.
AND WHEREAS, the American College of Law wishes to
lease forty (40) spaces of the real property hereinabove
described, upon the terms, covenants and conditions, and for
the rental set forth in a form of lease this day submitted to
the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the leasing of said spaces will not interfere with any
contemplated use of said property by the City during the term
covered by said proposed lease.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that forty (40) parking spaces of the
real property hereinabove described, be leased to the American
College of Law for the period and upon the terms, covenants and
conditions, and for the rental set forth on that certain lease
this day submitted to the City Council to be made and entered
into by and between the City of Anaheim, as Lessor, and the
American College of Law, as Lessee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said lease for---
