A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 2821.
WHEREAS, after request for variance by Alex R. 1dontez,
owner, was received, a public hearing before the Planning Commis-
sion of the City of Anaheim was held upon due and proper notice,
a result of which Variance No. 2821 was denied, covering the
following described property:
Lot 54 of Tract 1394, in the City of Anaheim, as per
map recorded in Book 54, Pages 47, 48 and 49 of "lls-
cellaneous Maps, records of said orange County. '
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time Prescribed by law,
an interested party or the City Council, on itsownmotion, caused
the review of said Planning Commission action at a Public hearing
noticed and held as prescribed by law and, as a result thereof,
the City Council does herebv make the following findings:
1. There is no substantial property right Possessed by other
property in the same vicinity and zone and deniedthesiLbjec-t' prop-
erty.
2. It appears that the subject property call be -adequately
developed and used under the present zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Co*Luicil of
the City of Anaheim that said zoning variance be, and -the same IS
hereby, denied.
THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION is approved and si9-ned by me
