A RESOLUTION OF THE CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF THE YOUTH
PAINT AND PICK-UP PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has undertaken the opera-
tion of a Youth Paint and Pick-up Program, which is funded with
Community Development Block Grant Funds; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to continue the operation of said program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the continutation of the
Youth Paint and Pick-up Program.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby, directed to prepare an agreement extending the con-
tract of John Rush as an instructor in said program.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
this 17th day of August, 1976.
