RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 488
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENT DEEDS
FROM ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT AND
BRYAN INDUSTRIAL PROPERTIES, INC.
WHEREAS., two certain easement deeds from orange County
Flood Control District and Bryan Industrial Properties, Inc.
granting an electrical power pole and aerial easement to be used
for the installation of poles and the overhang, of crossarm sup-
ports, electrical transmission and communication lines has been
presented to the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said easement deeds for said purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that those certain easement deeds from
Orange County Flood Control District and Bryan Industrial
Properties, Inc. granting to the City of Anaheim real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, described as follows:
The south 6.00 feet of the north 11.00 feet of Lots 14,
15 and 16 and the south 6.00 feet of the north 9.00 feet
of Lots 11, 12 and 13,, all of Tract No. 4961, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
per map recorded in book 207, pages 37 and 38 of Miscel-
laneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
The south 5.00 feet of the north 16.00 feet of Lots 14,
15 and 16 and the south 5.00 feet of the north 14.00 feet
of Lots 11, 12 and 13, all of Tract No. 4961, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, per
map recorded in book 207, pages 37 and 38 of Miscellaneous
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of' -said County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of -August , 1976.
