RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 480
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING A PORTION OF CITY -OWNED
PROPERTY FOR STREET, HIGHWAY AND PUBLIC
UTILITY PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City owns certain real property
adjacent to Walnut Canyon Road; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to dedicate a portion
of this property for street, highway and public utility
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim that the following described
real property is hereby dedicated for street, highway and
public utility purposes:
Parcel One:
An easement for road and public utility purposes
and parking bays over, under and across that
portion of the land allotted to Paula Peralta De
Dominguez, as described in the Final Decree of
Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana
which was entered September 12, 1868 in Book B,
page 410 of Judgements of the District Court of
the 17th Judicial District in and for Los Angeles
County, described as follows:
Beginning in the most westerly corner of the
easement described in Deed recorded January 23,
1976 in Book 11629, pages 58, 59 and 60, Official
Records; thence Southeasterly, Easterly and North-
easterly along a curve concave northwesterly and
having a radius of 30 feet through a central
angle of 840 09' 01" an arc distance of 44.06 feet;
thence tangent to said curve N 390 47' 42" E,
273.49 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
southeasterly and having a radius of 339.00 feet;
thence Northeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 430 23' 52" an arc distance of
256.77 feet; thence N 830 11' 34" E, 24.53 feet;
thence N 860 13' 27" E, 110.00 feet to a point
hereinafter referred to as Point "A"; thence N 760
45' 00" E, 277.96 feet to the beginning of a
tangent curve concave southeasterly and having a
radius of 616.00 feet; thence Northeasterly along
said curve through a central angle of 170 06' 02"
an are distance of 183.85 feet to a point, a
radial line bearing N 30 51' 02" E passes through
said point; thence N 790 52' 39" E, 26.75 feet to
the beginning of a non -tangent curve concave
southerly and having a radius of 623.00 feet, a
radial line bearing N 60 14' 19" E passes through
said point of beginning of curve; thence North-
easterly along the last mentioned curve through a
central angle of 40 42' 12" an are distance of
51.14 feet; thence S 620 41' 47" E, 26.75 feet to
a point in a curve concave southerly and having a

Southeasterly along said curve through a central
angle of 230 40' 12" an arc distance of 254.48

ning of a curve concave southwesterly and having a

Southeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 420 001 00" an arc distance
of 451.55 feet to a point, a radial line bearing
N 790 001 0011 E passes through said point; thence
S 790 001 00" W, 46.00 feet to an intersection
with the southerly right of way line of Walnut
Canyon Road, as described in the aforementioned
easement deed, said point of intersection being
a point on a curve concave southwesterly and
having a radius of 570.00 feet, a radial line
bearing N 79° 001 0011 E passes through said point
of intersection; thence Northwesterly along said
curve through a central angle of 420 001 0011 an
arc distance of 417.83 feet; thence N 530 00' 00"
W, 509.00 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
southerly and having a radius of 570.00 feet, a
radial line bearing N 370 001 00" E passes through
said point; thence Northwesterly, Westerly and
Southwesterly along said curve through a central
angle of 500 15' 00" an are distance of 499.91
feet; thence S 760 45' 00" W, 200.00 feet; thence

W, 42.00 feet to a point in a curve concave north-
westerly and having a radius of 1,579 feet, a
radial line bearing S 100 44' 47" E passes through
said point; thence Southwesterly along said curve
through a central angle of 3° 561 21t1 an arc
distance of 108.56 feet to the beginning of a
reverse curve concave southeasterly and having a
radius of 321.00 feet, a radial line bearing N 060
48' 26" E passes through the point of beginning of
said reverse curve; thence Southwesterly along said
curve through a central angle of 430 23' 52" an arc
distance of 243.14 feet; thence S 39° 47' 4211 W,
300.30 feet to an intersection with the northerly
right of way line of Nohl Ranch Road, a radial line
bearing N 370 56' 06" E passes through said point
of intersection; thence Northwesterly along a curve
concave southwesterly and having a radius of 647
feet through a central angle of 030 591 23" an arc
distance of 45.05 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel Two:
A slope easement over, under, along and across
the following described parcel of land:
Beginning at Point "A" above described in Parcel
One; thence N 13° 15' 00" W, 33.00 feet; thence
N 710 45' 00" E, 345.00 feet; thence S 070 43'
18" E, 66.24 feet to a point in a curve concave

radial line bearing N 070 43' 18" W passes
through said point; thence Southwesterly along
said curve through a central angle of 050 31' 42"
an arc distance of 59.44 feet; thence S 760 45'
00" W, 277.96 feet to the point of beginning.
