RESOLUTION NO. 76R-1175
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM GRANTING A HOUSE MOVING PERMIT TO
GILBERT KLUTHE TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE FROM
831 SOUTH STATE COLLEGE BOULEVARD TO 1621
EAST SANTA ANA STREET, ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Gilbert Kluthe did file a written
application for a house moving permit to move a dwelling
house from 831 South State College Boulevard to 1621 East
Santa Ana Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for
public hearing on the 10th day of August, 1976, at the hour
of 1:30 o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place
fixed for said public hearing having been given by mail to
all persons residing within a radius of three hundred feet
from the property upon which it is proposed to move said
house, building or structure, at least ten days prior to
the date fixed for said hearing, as the names of such
owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment roll;
and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly
held and conducted and all persons interested therein given
an opportunity to be heard, and the City Council having,,,:
duly considered said application for a housemoving Anita
together with all evidence and reports submitted in—
connection therewith, does find that said permit shcild be
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the application of Gilbet'Kluthe
for a house moving permit to move a dwelling house from
831 South State College Boulevard to 1621 East Santa Ana",

granted subject to compliance with all of the provisions of
Title 15, Chapter 15.32 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
relating to the moving of buildings from a point within the
City of, An.aheipl onto a lot within the City of Anaheim.
TIE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sijzned by
