A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 75R-638
PERTAINING TO THE CLASSIFICATION OF ASSISTANT
CITY MANAGER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
pursuant to Resolution No. 75R-638, removed the classification
of Assistant City Manager from the Classified Service and
provided for such classification to be a part of the exempt
service of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now deems it desirable
to include the classification of Assistant City Manager in
the Classified Service rather than to provide for such
classification to be a part of the exempt service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Resolution 75R-638 be, and the
same is hereby, repealed.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
