RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 469
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DESIGNATING COMMISSIONS, DEPARTMENTS
OR AGENCIES WHICH ARE REQUIRED TO ADOPT A CON-
FLICT OF INTEREST CODE AND ESTABLISHING THE
31ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1976, AS THE DATE, TIME AND
PLACE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON SAID CONFLICT OF
INTEREST CODE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Political Reform Act of 1974,
the City Council of the City of Anaheim is required to establish
and designate the commissions, departments or agencies which
are required to adopt a conflict of interest code in the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS 'said Political Reform Act of 1974 requires
the City Council to establish a date, time and place for a
public hearing on all conflict of interest codes within the
Jurisdiction of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THERZIEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it does herewith designate the follow-
ing commissions, departments or agencies as the commissions,
departments or agencies within the jurisdiction of the City of
Anaheim which must adopt a conflict of interest code in accor-
dance with the Political Reform Act of 1974:
Planning Commission
Community Redevelopment Commission
Housing Commission
Golf Course Commission
Cultural Arts Commission
Parks and Recreation Commission
Community Services Board
Public Utilities Board
Library Board
City Manager's Department
City Clerk's Department
Legal Department
Police Department
Fire Department
Public Works Department
Library Department
Parks, Recreation and Arts Department
Stadium, Convention Center and Golf Department
Data Processing Department
Community Development Department
Personnel Department
Utilities Department
Finance Department
Planning Department
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council does
designate the 31st day of August, 1976 at 2:30 P.M. or as soon
thereafter as the matter can be heard at the City Council
Chambers at 204 East Lincoln Avenue, as the date, time and place
for the public hearing on the Conflict of Interest Code of the
City Council of the City of Anaheim and all designated commis-
sions, departments or agencies of said City.
