A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A FURTHER EXTENSION OF
TIME FOR MULTIMODAL GROUP, INC., TO COMPLY
WITH THE CONDITION PRECEDENT IN RESOLUTION
NO. 76R-159 AS EXTENDED BY RESOLUTION NOS.
76R-239 AND 76R-382.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 76R-159, the City Council
of the City of Anaheim approved the terms and conditions of a
Transportation Center Development Lease Agreement dated March 30,
1976, between the City of Anaheim and Multimodal Group, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS, by said Resolution, the City Council resolved,
among other things, that as a condition precedent to the approval
of the execution of said agreement, there shall be presented to
the City Manager of Anaheim acceptable plans for the platform
complex provided for in Sections 2.5 and 2.6 of the agreement,
excluding all commercial development, and deposit of Three
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.00) in an escrow at an
independent depository to assure completion of said platform
complex; and
WHEREAS, the City Council further resolved that all
the terms of said condition precedent must be complied with on
or before May 15, 1976; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution Nos. 76R-239 and 76R-382, the
City Council extended the date for compliance with said condition
precedent to July 15, 1976 and August 17, 1976, respectively; and
WHEREAS, Multimodal Group, Inc., has request -ed that the
date of compliance with the said condition precedent be further
extended by 90 days from August 17, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is willing to grant said
90 -day extension from August 17, 1976.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tho City Counci_1 of
the City of Anaheim that the date of compliance with the condition
precedent mentioned in Resolution No. 76R-159 be extended to
November 16, 1976.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 10th day of August, 1976.
