RESOLUTION NO. 76R-465
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN APPLICATION TO THE
CALIFORNIA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY FOR A
NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION AREA.
WHEREAS, the California Housing Finance Agency
administers the Neighborhood Preservation Program; and
WHEREAS, the California Housing Finance Agency
will make loans available to persons for housing
rehabilitation in areas in need of rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City
of Anaheim to participate in said Neighborhood Preservation
Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve an
application to the California Housing Finance Agency for
participation in the Neighborhood Preservation Program.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of
August, 1976.
