0 WIENT OF DEITNIS %'SEK AS A TENNIS INSTRUCTOR.
HHEREAS, the Citv of Anaheim desires to secure the ser-
vices of a Tennis Instructor, having as his primary duty, the
direction of the Summer School Tennis Program at El Rancho Junior
High School for the Anaheim Parks, Recreation and the Arcs Depart-
ment; and
WHEREAS, Dennis 7,lralek is capable of rendering such ser-
vices and desires to be employed for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terns and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the Citv of Anaheim.
OW, THEREFORE-, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the Citv of Anaheim. that the terms and conditions of an agreement,
subrlittec_ herewith and dated the 12th day of July, 1976, employing
Dennis Mialek to perform the services of Tennis Instructor be, anc.
the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to eY.ecute said agree -
for and on behalf of the City of: Anahei.rL.
